The Witlingo Mobile App is a new iOS and Android application that enables senior living staff to send instant notifications, capture audio recordings, and manage resident engagement—all from their mobile devices.
The app is specifically built for senior living service coordinators, activity directors, and other staff members who need a quick and easy way to communicate with residents and capture ideas on the go.
Staff members can scan a QR code using their mobile device to send a notification instantly—eliminating the need to log into a system. This makes it easy to alert residents about last-minute event changes, maintenance updates, or urgent messages.
The app allows staff to record and store voice notes in real time. These recordings can be repurposed for reports, newsletters, and other materials, ensuring that valuable insights and resident feedback are never lost.
By reducing the need for desktop logins and paperwork, the app helps staff focus on resident engagement rather than administrative tasks. Quick notifications and voice recordings streamline communication, making workflows more seamless.
Africa Darden, Social Service Coordinator at The Arlington, shared:
"This app is a game-changer. I can send notifications instantly by scanning a QR code, and I don’t have to stop what I’m doing. The voice recording feature ensures I never lose important details. It’s making my work more efficient and enjoyable."
Witlingo’s goal is to reduce friction in communication and empower senior living staff with intuitive tools. The app helps communities foster deeper engagement while minimizing administrative overhead.
Communities such as The Arlington, Berry Gardens, and Crescent Park are leveraging Witlingo’s tools to improve engagement and streamline communication. Many also participate in Witlingo Stories, where residents can record and share personal stories.
The app is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
