Voice Feedback is feedback that is spoken by a person in response to a question or a feedback solicitation.  

Voice Feedback can be provided by calling a phone number or by recording audio from a web-based or mobile interface.

Customers, fans, followers, and other users are asked to leave their feedback by just calling a phone number or going to a webpage, where they can record their feedback by just speaking naturally.

The recorded audio message is then analyzed using Speech to Text and Voice Biometric software and analyzed for content and sentiment.   


2. Why should I use Voice Feedback?

The most convenient way for a customer to share their feedback with you is by simply speaking.  Whether they dial a phone number or they click on a button and record, simply speaking is the easiest way for someone to share their thoughts and feelings with you.
