Witlingo Audio Feedback

Audio Feedback gives your community a simple phone number they can call to leave a voice message. No apps to install. No logins. Just pick up the phone and speak.

Staff can listen to messages, download them, and optionally publish selected recordings — all from the Witlingo dashboard.

This feature is ideal for gathering feedback, ideas, stories, or reactions from people who may not be comfortable with forms, apps, or typing.

How Audio Feedback Works

  • Publish a phone number: Witlingo provides a dedicated phone number and access code for your community.
  • Set a greeting and call to action: Record or write a short message callers hear when they call in, telling them what kind of feedback you’re collecting.
  • Community members leave a message: They speak naturally, in their own words, at their own pace.
  • Listen and manage recordings: Staff can listen, download, filter by date, and see caller metadata directly in the dashboard.
  • Publish selected messages (optional): Choose which recordings to make visible on a public page that can be safely shared.

Designed for Accessibility

Audio Feedback works especially well for:

  • Seniors and non-technical users
  • People with vision or mobility challenges
  • Multilingual communities
  • Anyone who prefers speaking over typing

If someone can make a phone call, they can participate.

One URL. Always the Same.

Each Audio Feedback page has a stable public URL that never changes.

You can safely print it, text it, or include it in newsletters and flyers without worrying about broken links.
