The app works much like a regular text messaging app, making it familiar and easy to use. Messages from the community appear in real time, allowing residents to stay informed about events, activities, reminders, updates, and important notices.

WitConnect can also work over Wi-Fi, which means residents do not need a mobile data plan to receive messages or access shared content. A resident using a tablet connected to Wi-Fi can still stay connected to community life.

WitConnect helps residents stay connected even when regular phone service is unavailable, disconnected, or unreliable. As long as the resident has access to Wi-Fi, they can continue receiving community messages and viewing shared information.

After logging in, residents see a Messages page that looks and feels like a regular SMS conversation. They can read new messages, scroll through past messages, and reply directly from the app.

Community administrators continue sending notifications through the Witlingo platform. Residents who have installed WitConnect receive those messages in the app, where they can read, review, and reply.

The process is simple:

1. The administrator sends a notification through Witlingo.
2. The resident receives it in WitConnect.
3. The message appears like a familiar text conversation.
4. The resident can reply or access related content.
