One of the most powerful features that both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant offer is Outbound Notifications. In the case of Amazon Alexa, Outbound Notifications are surfaced directly on Echo speakers via a glowing yellow light that indicates that a notification has been sent to the device and is ready to be listened to. In the case of Google Assistant, notifications on speakers are not available yet, but are available on smart phones.
Using the Witlingo Voice First Portal, users are able to send outbound notifications via a simple form. As soon as the user has filled the form from their Witlingo portal, anyone who has enabled the skill deployed by the client will receive a notification.
