Please also be advised that, in order to help our users follow these best practices, we have introduced an important change to the Witlingo platform: Messages longer than 160 characters are no longer supported. Users can only send notifications that are 160 characters or fewer.

We encourage you to keep these guidelines in mind when creating your next resident notification.
